My Warm Hands
Rub your palms together, hold them apart, and notice what you feel. Then draw what that warmth looks like to you.
Little Lights · Band 1 · Ages 5–7
Four gentle pages about noticing — warm hands, a soft toy riding the breath, a sound fading to nothing, and the things that make a day feel shiny. No explanations to follow, nothing to get right.
2–3 minutes, an adult alongside

Rub your palms together, hold them apart, and notice what you feel. Then draw what that warmth looks like to you.

Lie down, rest a soft toy on your tummy, and watch it ride up and down. Count five rides, then draw your teddy sailing.

A grown-up rings a bell or taps a glass. Put your hand up the moment the sound disappears completely.

Draw four: a person, a place, a thing and a moment that make your day feel a little brighter.
