The Lunches
Is Lightworkers Lunch religious, or tied to one belief?
Not at all. It’s a warm, inclusive gathering and everyone is welcome, wherever you are on your path. There’s no one belief you need to hold — just an open heart and a love of good food and kind company. You can read more about the spirit of it on our About page.
Do I need to be experienced or “spiritual” to come?
No experience needed, and no need to call yourself anything. Come exactly as you are — whether this world is brand new to you or a lifelong companion. It’s simply lunch with kind souls.
Is lunch included, and what about dietary needs?
It’s a sit-down lunch at The Bridge House Hotel, and the cost is £25 per person. The kitchen can cater for most dietary needs — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergies — just let Sheela know when you RSVP so everything can be arranged in advance. RSVP Sheela · 07954 173310.
How often are the lunches, and where are they held?
We gather every two months — usually on a Monday, 12:30–2:30pm — at The Bridge House Hotel, 2 Ringwood Road, Longham, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9AN. There’s ample free parking on site. See the upcoming dates and full directions on the Venue page.
What do I bring, and can I come on my own?
Just yourself — no need to bring anything but you. Coming alone is completely welcome; many people do, and you’ll be warmly looked after. Payment is arranged simply with Sheela, so there’s no online checkout to worry about.
The Inner Child Course
What is the Inner Child course — online or in person, how long, what’s included?
Inner Child Healing is a gentle, in-person course of six unhurried monthly day-sessions with Sheela — deep and gentle, fun and loving, a safe space to reconnect with and reparent your younger self, always at your own pace. You don’t need any prior experience. She also guides a Healing the Mother Wound course. Read more about the course, or get in touch to ask a question or book your place.
How do the meditations and recordings work?
Alongside the courses, Sheela offers guided meditations. You can weave your own on our Meditation page, or request a one-to-one meditation that Sheela records personally in her own real voice, made just for you (£15) — delivered as a voice recording that’s yours to keep.
The Shop / Drums
What are the drums, and how does ordering a custom one work?
They’re vegan synthetic-head shamanic frame drums — no animal skin — hand-finished and carried with intention. You can explore each design in interactive 3D on the Drums page. To order, or to arrange a custom design, just get in touchwith Sheela and she’ll guide you from there.
