Day 4 of 6
Helping & Connecting
By now you’ve recognised your inner child, met them, and started being kind to them. Day 4 asks the warmest question of the whole course: how can we actually help them?
How it works
Finding the words that soothe
Children believe what they’re told. So together we work out what your inner child most needs to hear — and then we say it, kindly, often, and like we mean it. You won’t be doing this alone: you work in pairs, with Sheela guiding, and nobody is ever put on the spot.

What Day 4 looks like
How far you've come
We open by looking back. How do you feel today, one to ten? We revisit the Jelly Bean Tree, share what's shifted since we last met, and hear how everyone got on with their Nurturing Actions.
A settling meditation
A gentle guided meditation to arrive properly — putting the week down, softening, and letting the younger you know you've come back for them.
How can we help our Inner Child?
The heart of the day. Working in pairs, with a handout to guide you, we build a real list of the ways we can help, soothe and comfort the child within — in words they'd actually believe.
Theta work
Sheela leads a Theta session using healing statements written for this stage of the journey — quiet, restful work that lets the kind words settle somewhere deeper than thinking.
Connecting with your Inner Child
You'll take home the Connecting with your Inner Child handout, and one lovely piece of homework: find a photograph of yourself as a child and bring it along next time.
Bring a photograph
A picture of the little you
Before we close, we check in again — how do you feel now, one to ten? Most people find that number has moved. Then comes the gentlest homework of the course: dig out a photo of yourself as a child, any age, and bring it with you. On Day 5 we look at them together, and something quietly lovely tends to happen.
